The purpose of association is to diffuse throughout the world, the freedom of expression of the journalists, artists and men of cultures ............, brought together around a great project of international mutual aid.
The militant association of the human rights for freedoms and especially that of the press, must give itself the means of defense of these members and all the independent journalists throughout the world.
For that we must create and join together as many professionals of all the fields of the media media and possible support, all the areas of the world, to carry out a chain of international mutual aid, in order to make respect our rights and those with the more high level of the international institutions and governments.

· To make respect the right of freedom of the press.
· To apply the charter of the human rights.
· To respect the code of conduct of the journalists.
· To guarantee the independence of the publications and the respect of the collective agreements.
· To carry out actions of communication to make respect our rights.
Our force and our difference, will be that each one and each one among us will bring his assistance, its competences, to promote and achieve works and to guarantee the right to the indépendance of information as well as the means of communication with regard to its professional fellow-members ...........
We owe by all the means necessary, to help with the developments of the media independent of the countries, so that the quality of information and the supports of communication is accessible to all, in order to ensure our right to freedom of speech and of thought.

· To promote and help the independent publications.
· To promote and defend intellectual works on all their forms and in all the fields on the international plan.
· To promote and encourage the presence and to support the action of the professionals of information and the communication.
